We watched a video in class about non-profit Charities and we now have to answer some questions about the video.
1) ”Can the non-profit sector change the world?” What do you think?
I think that non-profit sectors one day will be able to change the world. It will also make the world and lives better then they are today.
2) Palotta states: ”When you prohibit failure, you kill innovation. If you kill innovation and fundraising, you can’t raise more revenue. If you cant raise more revenue, then you can’t grow. If you can’t grow, you can’t possibly solve large social problems.” What do you think about this statement? Should non-profits be able to allocate money to marketing? Fundraising? Defend your thinking.
I think that Palotta is right. I really do think that non-profits should be able to give money to marketing! I mean how else would charities be able to tell you what is happening and what fundraiser are coming up!
